Due to the digital nature of the product we do not offer refunds on past charges, but you can cancel any time from your account. AI assistant
Paid members can use an AI assistant that answers visa, tax, healthcare and pet-relocation questions from our curated guides. Answers are informational, may be incomplete or out of date, and are not legal, tax, immigration or medical advice. Verify anything material with a qualified professional before acting on it.
The assistant runs on infrastructure located entirely in the European Union (model hosted by Mistral AI in France; application and database in Germany and Ireland respectively). We do not send your name, email, payment details, or any sensitive personal data to the model; only your question and a small set of non-sensitive preferences (origin country, units, currency, diet, age band, relocation horizon) you've chosen to share. Your prompts are not used to train any model. Use of the assistant is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the EU GDPR and, where relevant, US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA.
